We will collect data from you when you sign up for our services as a Client, or sign up for a 10 day free trial and then come along to our health and fitness consultation. This data includes your name, address including postcode, e-mail address, telephone number, emergency contact details including phone number, name and address of your general practitioner where required, and your medical history which relates to your lifestyle and diet. Information on your weight as well as body measurements and before and after photos will be taken at your consultation and all this data will be kept securely on pt distinction and zen planner, which are the platforms we use and are referred to as our third party secure websites.
ZEN Bootcamp may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its websites. We may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, ZEN Bootcamp does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described. We use website analytics to evaluate and improve our website and to offer the best, most accessible service possible to all of our customers. For example, we use third party data analytic service providers such as google analytics to improve our visibility and to monitor website browser behaviour and navigation across the website. These third party providers collect this information on our own behalf in accordance with our own instructions and in line with their own privacy policies.
