I decided to do the 28 days challenge with the only goal being to lose weight and I not only achieved that goal with 21lb weight loss,dropping 12 inches off my body and two dress sizes, but got so much more out of it. I have much more energy, a more positive attitude and feel so much more confident.

The nutrition plan has also made me rethink what I eat and I’ve taken on board new healthy habits. Alan and the team are great, always motivating you and they always plan different workouts so no two bootcamps are the same. Best decision I ever made…
