I started ZEN Bootcamps 9 months ago and absolutely love the sessions. Each session includes a great variety of exercises mixing cardio, weights, core strength etc. I always feel great after an hour outside in the fresh air no matter what sort of day I’ve had!
Alan and his team of trainers are great – they make their sessions fun, varied and are really good at keeping everyone motivated. I’ve met some great people through the sessions, have lost 9 kilos, lost over 7% body fat, and over 12 inches off my body measurements. My body shape has completely changed. I feel fitter, healthier and happier.
The Bootcamp sessions are aimed at all abilities and there are new people joining all the time – I can’t recommend it highly enough so come along and join the fun!
