A great start to the day. Alan is a positive and encouraging trainer who starts with a gentle warm up and builds up the intensity of the exercise. A good mix of cardio, circuits, core and resistance exercises to strengthen and tone every part of your body; every session is different which makes them interesting and enjoyable.

I have only just started and am really pleased with how quickly my fitness, strength and muscle tone are improving. I also feel energised and ready for the day afterwards; ZEN bootcamps are well worth the early start…
