The workouts are intense but a lot of fun at the same time. In one workout ZEN got us to clamber [through] and then jump over sets of hurdles laid out.

I’m also doing more varieties of weigh training & lost 12kg in 3 months, losing 9 inches around the body, dropping over 7% in body fat and now at a healthier and happy weight all thanks to Alan.

I wanted to get fitter and learn new workouts in my gym. I approached Alan, as my fitness coach and he put me on a program & advised me on nutrition.
