I enrolled myself on the Zen Active 28 Days Challenge in September 2015. By the end of the 4 weeks I had dropped 7.5 inches around my body, lost 1/2 a stone in weight and also lost body fat which was great.

It wasn’t easy to change some habits at the beginning and I felt like give up several times, however with the trainers motivation, consistency, and a ‘feel good’ sensation I was able to succeed and what’s most important get fitter and healthier.
