- Sessions start with mobilisation and finish with cool down stretches relieving those tired muscles.
- Combining this with team games makes these one hour ZEN Bootcamp sessions both challenging & fun!
- Not only do you get this! You also get an experienced team of 8 trainers to put you through your paces, as well as a Nutritionist to help you on your way with your nutrition.

Tuesdays & Thursdays
BOOT CAMP: 6:00-7:00am & 9:30-10:30am
5-6 Km RUN: 7:00-8:00pm (Tuesdays only)
BOOT CAMP: 6:00-7:00am, 9:30-10:30am & 7:00-8:00pm
BOOT CAMP: 8:30-9:30am – with light stretches afterwards

This venue has new Shower and toilet facilities (including three separate blocks), lockable storage & a licensed bar. Also featuring some of the best sporting facilities in Teddington including a Sports Pavillion, Cricket and Soccer pitches, Bowling green plus grass and astroturf Tennis courts too!
